Season is not over after Beijing (Indoors and YEC thread)

Aga is doing so well in Beijing. She entered some more tournaments this year. Together with Ula they will play Linz. Here is the main draw:

Flavia Pennetta ITA [1] vs Meghann Shaughnessy USA
Roberta Vinci ITA vs Anna-Lena Groenefeld GER
Lucie Hradecka CZE vs Raluca Ioana Olaru ROU
Q vs Sorana Cirstea ROU [6]

Yanina Wickmayer BEL [3/WC] vs Timea Bacsinszky SUI
Sybille Bammer AUT vs Alexandra Dulgheru ROU
Tatjana Malek GER vs Q
Arantxa Parra Santonja ESP vs Sara Errani ITA [8]

Iveta Benesova CZE [5] vs Q
Petra Kvitova CZE vs Andrea Petkovic GER
Olga Govortsova BLR vs Q
Katarina Srebotnik SLO vs Carla Suarez Navarro ESP [4]

Lucie Safarova CZE [7] vs Patricia Mayr AUT [WC]
Urszula Radwanska POL vs Yvonne Meusburger AUT [WC]
Kristina Barrois GER vs Alize Cornet FRA
Monica Niculescu ROU vs Agnieszka Radwanska POL [2]

First tricky opponent is Lucie Safarova - Aga has never beaten her before. But maybe Ula will give her sis a present and kick out Lucie earlier.

Afterwards Moscow for Aga and Luxembourg for Ula. Younger Radwanska didn't enter big 100k ITFs in Ortisei and Poitiers so the only way to extend her season is to win Luxembourg. (Linz is reserved for Agnieszka )

I really hope that the Agnieszka-Monica match is televised or taped. It seems to be a really exciting match up!

Linz is televised by EUROSPORT from Wednesday. And Agnieszka's 1st round is most probably postponed to Wednesday.

Good first round for Ula.
I wonder if Aga will actually play here. Withdrawing wouldn't be a bad move.

She may need to if she wants to play in Doha. A strong showing here in Linz would almost guarantee her the 8th spot in the WTA Race.

Re: Season is not over after Beijing - let's play indoors now!

Agnieszka doesn't play doubles in Linz which is obvious (she even said she won't do this anymore this year). But look at Ula's first round:

Kondratieva/U Radwanska vs. Jans/Rosolska [2]

And what a partner for her? Nobody better wanted to play with her?

And btw. Ula plays Meusburger tomorrow at 5 PM (CET) obviously on the Centre Court. Hopefully a stream

Seems like Aga will play in Linz and have her 1st round match postponed to wednesday.

Quote:
Translation:
The number 11 in the world ranking will arrive in Linz on Monday at about 22:25 and has asked the tournament director Sandra Reichel for a wednesday start. "We will agree for this request, of course, Agnieszka has also asked for her match not being scheduled too late because of the jetlag", said Reichel.

Fortunately Aga travels west-east so it'll be easier for her. Good Aga starts on Wednesday so we'll se Niculescu-Radwanska live
