Aga's 2017 - Clay season

and Roland Garros

Aga said she hasn't had any breaks after these 10 years but she thinks that she doesn't need a break from tennis and she'll play as long as she'll be healthy enough. Tokyo 2020 is her goal. She believes that she'll be back on top form soon and looking forward to the clay season.

Celt: "She's working hard, hopefully it will translate for results in near future."

Wiktorowski said they are working with "some specialists from different areas" trying something new?
He didn't mention names. They are trying to fix her movement and timing.

Meanwhile Ula is still struggling with mononucleosis

2020!! Nice. Hopefully Oracle can pick it up now, this year has been painful so far.

(3)Cibulkova v BYE
Q v Konjuh
(wc)Sharapova v Vinci
Makarova v (7)Radwanska

Makarova has been a bigger mess than even Aga this year so hope she can pull a win.

26 46. Hard to believe, but Aga played better. than in IW-MIami
R2 in Rome and Madrid + R3 at the RG would be great

Dawid is her coach. It's so hard to expect anything

Agree.

Not a big deal losing on clay. I bet she won't be out of Top 10 before Paris

Just waiting the grass season.

Re: Aga's 2017 - Clay season

I live in hope.

However, these 'upset' wins over Aga are becoming less and less unexpected. Whatever they are trying, hoping it will work means it’s just as likely not to.

It's way past the time Celt should have been a man, made an excuse and translated himself off for a sabbatical so she can focus on tennis for a bit and not be so lovey-dovey with Dawy-Wavy. Give the girl some air. Will she be ‘swept off her feet’ and have a change of heart if he is not always there waiting in the wings to fend off the advances from other men before they reach her? Is she that sort of girl? Give me a break. The Woz turned her career back on quite nicely without that Scottish git on her mind and let’s not forget Elena Dementieva who postponed her serious relationship until she got married (I think he said stop playing and start a family or I’ll look elsewhere). Too many cooks spoil the broth and absence makes the heart grow fonder. Still, it won’t happen because he’s firmly attached to her apron strings.

I remember when she first made top 5 and everyone got over-excited, including me until I saw what was coming. She did too many WTA promos and became a really hot property for commercials. Everyone made the most out of her success, including her but at her own expense because she lost focus and eventually dropped out of the top 10 - those salad days.

So, I live in hope.
