Amanda won 2-6 7-6 (*7-4) 6-1
coming back from 6-2 *3-1 down it was incredible she held serve at the end 6 out of 7 times.
she was rusty( I was shooting myself with a pistol)
then she came back and won 12 of the last 16 games
A well deserved win, this should give her a great boost

Well done Mandy

In these sort of tournaments the first match is always very dangerous for amanda, so i feel more confident now

It was a fight, but Amanda got through it and hopefully there a better things ahead this week

Another amazing comeback from Amanda
Amanda is now in the SF of doubles and the QF of singles
she can win the double double

3- Amanda Coetzer def. Sarah Taylor 4-6 6-2 6-2
She next faces yhe talented Stephanie, she hits hard but makes a lot of errors, Coetzer should get by easily and she is playing some tough and long matches
Stephanie Foretz def. Alina Jidkova 7-6(7-5) 1-6 6-3

amanda won in doubles
Doubles:

2- Amanda Coetzer / Jessica Steck def. Amanda Augustus / Vanessa Webb 6-1 6-3

their road looks very promising for the win
Good luck Amanda win it all

yes, I'm alive!! I'm really sorry, I've been so busy with homework this week! I know, it's not like you know me, but I do do some homework from time to time, especially when I have to hand it in

Anyway, I saw that Amanda had to nerve-wrecking but good wins (didn't know about the doubles), and although I like Stephanie as well, I hope she can pull through to the semis!

What would you say if we could make
something amazing
