Who do you wanna see play that you've never seen on TV, live, on tape... whatever.
I most would like to see:
Karolina Sprem (more than just some streaming Croatian or French news website with a 1"x1" video window. Granted I didn't mind at the time, but I can only squint so long. )
Emmanuelle Gagliardi. I saw like 3 points of her on TV from Indian Wells a few years back.
Milagros Sequera. Never seen anything about her, not even a picture I don't think.
I saw Kirilenko v. Mauremo at 03 US. She's got a nice game... needs to tighten up a bit, but I suspect that will come with experience. Very impressive for her age.
All I can report about K-Lina is that she has a huge forehand with an extreme grip (not *quite* as bad as Anke Huber), a very very solid 2 handed backhand and a decent serve. Usually 95-105 on 1st serve and mid/upper 80s on her second. She tends to go for her second serve a lot and pits in a lot of double faults. I've never seen her at the net - only hugging right on the baseline. (But, this is from a video stream that wasn't very good quality.)
Some top players I would love to see on TV(cuz of course I have never been to a pro event), that I have never really seen before...
Vera Zvonareva-I've only seen the end of her RG match with Venus, which was a Venus error-fest anyway Paola Suarez-Never seen her besides doubles Lina Krasnoroutskaya-Never seen anything but a picture Alicia Molik-Again, seen her in pictures, but never seen her moving
Anyone know of any Monica Seles-like player (both hands off both sides) who looks promising ? I know Bartoli has a game like that but any others ? I know there are few players who'd choose to play that way but ....I am looking for a new player to cheer for once Monica retires
karolina sprem definitely...
btw diya--- none that i know of.... jan mike, perhaps lol.
ppl ive seen very little of or i haven't seen in a long time.
monica--- it's been WAY too long...
sharapova- i have a feeling this won't be a problem.
jelena dokic- been a while

like most of you i want to see sprem in action....
i just saw sharapova in a replay of her luxembourg match against clijsters.... i think she is not bad and will most likely be able to beat most people that are ranked below her... but seriously...i dunno if she's good enough to win a top 5 player.... but she did beat dementieva(a top ten player)... so i predict a top ten ranking for her soon....

MisterQ -- Nadal was shown for a few games at the 2003 US Open. Begrudgingly, I admit he is quite impressive and has all the potential that the hype around him suggests.
I'd like to see Filippo Volandri. He had an outstanding clay season last year, and I hear he's absolutely gorgeous, to boot As for the women -- I'd also like to see Karolina Sprem (very curious about her!) and Anna-Lena Groenefeld.
