Silvia Farina-Elia: What a Resurgence!

I just thought you should all know how amazing Silvia Farina-Elia has really become.

Just look at her year end career finishes:
Quote:
2001-14; 2000-63; 1999-26; 1998-19; 1997-43; 1996-40; 1995-53; 1994-52; 1993-85; 1992-
167; 1991-68; 1990-192; 1989-165; 1988-438
HIGHEST SINGLES RANKING:
No. 14 (October 8-14, 2001; November 5-18, 2001)
And she bettered that with her #13 ranking right now!

I think that ever since she got married, her career has only been getting better and better (Strasbourg, Career best finishes at GS(FO 4rd), Best Performance at Tier I(SF at Moscow)).

I think we all should give Ms. Farina-Elia one big round of applause.

I Will Always Love You Arantxa!!!!

Hats off to Silvia for making the most of her talent in the twilight days. And to think at munich a lot of us thought she was retiring!
