Don't care enough to actually rank them. But I'd put Zvonareva above all the others. 2 consecutive Slam finals (with a SF in the next Slam). She actually had a period of almost domination that none had among the others.
Plus she has doubles success, Olympics medal, Fed Cup wins.

Wozniacki: She truly is the best of the worst Jankovic: just missed out on the #1 spot for me.
Zvonareva: She reached a couple Slam finals, AND they were back to back
Errani: At least she has a shit ton of doubles success Vinci: See above
Radwanska: Wizard Halep: Good enough
Safarova: upset 2 former champions, took Serena to the edge in the final :yeah: Lisicki: Her run in 2013 was awesome :yeah: Cibulkova: did what she needed to . That match against Aga
Muguruza: random as Hell, but at least she performed well in her first attempt :yeah:
oh dear. borz wasn't even able to succeed on the biggest stages back in that weak ass era that was 2011 and when she was #1 for 6784007453 weeks, and yet you'd rank her basic ass third in terms of talent/ability??
People putting Liscki before her, even though Errani has been top 5 and a consistent top 10 for a long time, made other 2 GS semifinals and reached 4 QFs at all slams except Wimbledon.
Lisicki's high rank is 12, and hasn't achieved squat at slams outside of wimbledon.
Errani has 8 titles to Liscki's 4. Only thing I can find in Liscki's favor is winning the only Premier she made a final to (Family Circle Cup), while Errani has 1 premier final (Rome) and 0 premier titles.
Lisicki is fundamentally bad at tennis.
Safarova has multiple glaring holes in her game.
Cibulkova has already completely maximized her ability and potential and it resulted in a CHR of #10.
The only one you can make a point for is Zvonareva. I am not a fan of La Borz' tennis by any means but it's ridiculous to put those players above her. At least try to have modicum of objectivity.
