Players who dreaded other players.

I was thinking about players over the years who really would of shuddered when they saw a draw with certain players on the same side as them.

For instance, Martina Navratilova defeated Pam Shriver the last

27 times they met. I'm sure Pam dreaded seeing that name on her side of the draw.

What other players really dominated thier opponents in such a fashion?

Dokic must Dread Davenport....however i think in the match at Aus Open and Wimbeldon Jelena couldve caused the upset...!

hopefully with Jelenas improved serve , shell turn that around....she learns each match evident as she finally learnt to handle the spaniards. !.....now shes gotta do the same with Hungarians and Davenport

Good luck to the Aussie and Balkan girls!

Steve, I was more referring to players who had at lost at least their last 10 matches if not more to one player.

I am sure Tauziat didn`t like to meet Steffi 22:00 44:00 in sets, I think it was not ment to be for her considering the only time she had a chance to win at least as set the rain came.

In the middle of the night
I go walking in my sleep
Through the desert of the truth
To the river so deep
We all end in the ocean
We all start in the streams
We're all carried along
By the river of dreams
In the middle of the night

Wow, Tauiat never even got a sniff of Steffi. You could say it's a perfect record.

I think most players on the tour dreaded playing Martina N.

I know Barbara Rittner hates playing ASV.... always loses straight sets

Maggie Maleeva has never beaten Conchita in all their matches I don't know if are 9 or 10, but I'm sure Conchi has even a 6-0, 6-0 in Hamburgo I think, it was the first time in open era a top ten was defeated by another so heavily

Chris Evert played Mima Jusovec and Virginia Ruzici a total of 34 times all together and did not lose on even one occasion. (11-0) & (23-0) v Bunge (13-0) v Basset-Seguso (9-0) and Sylvia Hanika (16-1) Hanika did beat her on one occasion.

Last year I'm sure Arantxa hated playing Hingis, with Martina winning the last 16 of their matches without dropping a set to her until she lost to her last year in amelia island i think???

The ENTIRE Maleeva family must have hated playing Steffi considering they went 0-36 against her!!! Not even one win between the 3 of them!

Steffi v. Manuela: 17:0
Steffi v. Katerina: 11:0
Steffi v. Maggie: 8:0
