Your Ideal 2004!

Post in here what you want to happen during the 2004 Season and you can be as farfetched as you want.

My Ideal 2004

*Venus Wins The Grand Slam, Defeats Serena In All 4 Finals (3 Sets)
*Venus Wins The Golden Racquet After 3-Peating In Antwerp
*Venus To get #1 Ranking, Serena #2
*Justine/Kim to lose ASAP In the Slams
*Venus/Serena Undefeated Against Justine/Kim
*Justine/Kim To FAll Out Of Top 10
*Jennifer/Lindsay/Monica To Be Forces Again!
*Martina Hingis's Return
*Kournikova To Win Multiple Titles, Defeat Belgians
*Krasnoroutskaya To Enter Top 10
*Stevenson In Top 15, Along With Tulyaganova
*Mary Pierce To Return To Top 5!
*Maria Sharapova To Enter Top 15!

The thing I want the most though is Justine/Kim vs. Venus/Serena in the Grand Slams, all playing well, all Williams Wins. Hopefully, Williams Dominance to return!

Venus Williams
2007 Memphis Champion

Serena Williams
2007 Australian Open

You're saying 'No bashing, no hating in this thread', but what are you doing with the Belgians ??!!!!

My perfect year would be justine going undefeated.
But it ain't possible (I think)!
But, a year with 4 players (Justine, Kim, Serena and Venus) dominating will be fine for me, with a good rivalry between those 4. doesn't matter if they all four, reach the semis of all 4 GS!

Haven't we had this before? Oh well...

Amelie wins at least one slam and ends up as #1. I'd even settle for # 2 behind Juju. Hey, I'd even settle for dropping a place or so if she could get the monkey off her back and win something really big.

Juju wins at least one slam to retain her elite position.

Kim wins a slam .... to get the smaller monkey off *her* back.

Venus and Serena can have a slam between them if there's one left. More importantly, they are fit all year and have no more tragedies/off-court problems, and play a reasonably full schedule.

Amelie or Juju to win the Olympic Gold.

France to defend the Fed Cup.

Anna K. to win a tournament, even an itty bitty one.

Dani to put her problems of this year behind her, have a good 2004, and finish back in the top 10.

Vin, kvinder og sang

Conchi finally winning a second GS; preferably RG and gold meddal in Athens in singles and doubles with Virginia Ruano, who at the same time would win all the GS and YEC paired with Paola
Plus Marta Fraga making a succesful wta debut

Kim winning her first slam and Lleyton winning one too (maybe both the AO, well I can always hope)

Venus winning Wimbledon and Olympic Gold, but mostly that she is healthy.

Vera Zvonoreva winning a Tier I or so and I hope that Kirsten Flipkens will have a good breakthrough in the WTA circuit, a small tournament win or so.
About all the rest I really don't care

Kim Clijsters will win her first grand slam, preferably a win over Justine. Sorta a comeback thing, like rally from deficit..... ( Makes the match more interesting )

Anna Kournikova and Maria Sharapova meeting in a final of a tournament and battle 3 tough sets....

Justine and Kim playing doubles against the Williams sisters... ( although this is not likely to happen )

Best of Luck in 2004:

Definitely I wouldn't like a Williams domination, but I'd like to see Venus back in form.. I would love to see Kim winning her first GS and 4 different players to win slams!!!

That's all you need?? Are you sure you're a Kim fan??
Or you're more a Justine hater
I would expect a fan of a player to think about his/her favourite more then about other players.

My ideal 2004

Justine winning all 4 slams + Olympics
And Russians doing better
