Smile ITT, list players that dumped on their native country by playing for someone else

i'll start off with (in no particular order)

Seles dumped on Yugo/Serbia by playing for the USA

the Uber-Babe dumped on Serbia and Australia, in which order, i'm not entirely sure

Martina Navratilova dumped on the Czech Republic by playing for USA

Hana Mandlikova (spelling?) may have dumped on the Czech Republic by playing for Australia (not entirely sure of that one, but it's good enough for a CKB ITT)

Anna Smashnova dumped Russia (or Belarus, not sure which) to play for Israel.

Pierce dumped Canada for France AND the U.S. because she is a citizen of both those countries but not of Canada where she was born.

Manuella Maleeva dumped Bulgaria to play for Switzerland. Elena Wagner dumped Russia to play for Germany.

I don't know if this is counted as dumping but Manuela Maleeva changed her nationality from Bulgarian to Swiss after her marriage and naturally started playing for Switzerland.

Elena Wagner (nee Pampoulova) dumped Bulgaria for Germany by marriage (her husband was German). She was taking a leaf out of Manuela Maleeva's book.

kim clijsters dumps belgium for australia??? i hope it won't happen

A man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening ear on the cheek of a golden child. But personally, I'd mud-wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a sack of French porn.
