A man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening ear on the cheek of a golden child. But personally, I'd mud-wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a sack of French porn.
I really loved the year @ Wimbledon (94?) when Lori Mcneil Def Graf in straight sets first round. 100% best win of her career. I think Graf was the defending champion that year, I know she was #1 seed. If only Lori could of beaten Conchita in the semi's....(oh well) lol
When elena dementieva won her first title over henin-hardenne in the semis [3-6, 6-4, 7-5] and davenport in the final [4-6, 7-5, 6-3]
she played so incrediablly in those matches.. hitting winners from both backhand and forehand equally as well... standing still or on full run
she really won me over as a fan after that match
