Best set of tennis you've ever seen?

I was watching AO QF 2001 between Serena and Martina H and was just thinking what an amazing set of tennis, really high quality, limited unforced errors. I think the best set of tennis i've ever seen. Wht other sets of tennis have u seen tht have been great?

Definitely the best set played by a player in history of tennis must be the 2000 Canadian Open Serena vs. Hingis (6-0).
It was far from competitive, but man oh man, was it ever an dominating set.
Too bad I erased it soon after because Serena lost

Serena-Hingis USopen '02. Whichever set Serena served 100%. I'm inclined to think it was the second set but I don't remember. Awesome.

indeed it was the most amazing 15 minutes of tennis I ever saw
it was sad that serena couldn't keep it up that day though

That was an incredible set

Serena was wounded so she played lights out tennis for the first set.

"And for the best of the teen-agers who followed her, and who occasionally referred to her as over the hill, Graf had a ready answer: against top-ranked Martina Hingis, Graf wound up 7-2. Graf's stirring 4-6, 7-5, 6-2 throttling of Hingis at the French Open final this June was perhaps the most emphatic parting shot the game has ever seen. "

That is the one that first comes to mind.

Martina taking the second was just an amazing fightback after that.

It could have been an epic third set if not for Serena's injury .

Serena's speech in French at the end was just the best .

The third set between Martina Hingis and Serena Williams in the QF of the 2001 Australian Open.

The third set between Jennifer Capriati and Kim Clijsters in the final of the 2001 French Open.

Also, the second set between Jennifer Capriati and Martina Hingis in the final of the 2002 Australian Open.

So far- Billie Jean King def. Evonne Goolagong 1974 U.S. Open Final (7-5)

There is nothing more beautiful than Evonne Goolagong in full flight moving across a tennis court.

Who can forget Serena vs Martina at the ´00 Canadian Open?! 6-0 and 3-0 in like 20 minutes and against the no.1?! SCARY!!

In fact Serena sure has had some VERY good sets. At Wimbledon´02 she had like two in a row: against Dani and then against Momo again.

When Serena´s on, I think that´s the best tennis you´re gonna see today.

Always bet on black!
