I've seen copies of both TennisWeek and TENNIS, and I would recommend TennisWeek. I just think it's better. Usually more articles on a larger variety of topics. Better rankings section and statistics. Complete draw sheets for all tournaments. The only problem I have with TW is their choice for cover photo sometimes.

For an oversea surbscriber like myself, it costs so much more than for domestic subscribers. I have been subscribing to Tennis for a while but how much is the yearly subscription to TeenisWee for oversea readers?

I really have no idea how much it is for oversea readers. I thought it was only a US mag?

I've got a few issues of it but I must say there's a bit too much emphasis on the Aussie players. but then it's nice that they have a couple of pages devoted to Asian players.

Your absoloutely right, the magazines exhibits tremendous biasm towards the Aussies, but I guess that is what most readers in their market would prefer. However some of the tiring articles, such as the 606th one on Wayne Arthurs this issue, is just pathetic.

Still it provides a nice overall glimpse of the WTA and ATP tour, the quotes page IMO is one of the best. Check out January's 2004 issue (out in a month's time), they will have profiles of around 40 ATP/WTA players, plus heaps more, it's really worth it. Advertising is at it's minimum also.

i love tennis magazine... even if it's not that well written or if they don't have articles about my favs, they are so much better than the info i get through the paper (any paper, really)+sports illustrated+espn mag combined. i read the whole thing within 2 days of getting it. im kinda pathetic about keeping ones with good articles-- like the ones with monica and roger on the covers with the main story-- i've prolly read each 10 times.

tennis mag i get bc of my usta membership... i dunno how to get tennis weekly.

The only problem with Tennis Magazine by mail is that it always comes well after the fact. So if you keep track of things on the internet or TV there is little new info to find out, and the rankings, etc. are out of date.

But the articles and photos are sometimes very good.

ACE magazine in the UK is good, I subscribe to that and would definitely recommend it, you also get put in automatically to the Wimbledon draw each year.
