Well neither Jaslyn nor Elke are any great shakes but Jaslyn has been playing well in the Australian Challengers recently including decent wins over Martina Muller & Samantha Stosur.

it's just you. elke is seen as a joke by most, and although jaslyn may have improved recently, is still does not have a great game

This is what said some commentator had to say about Elke┤s Fed Cup match:
But Flipkens was out; Raymond faced Elke Clijsters instead. It resembled most of Elke's previous WTA matches: Nasty, brutish, and short. 47 minutes short. Raymond put the U. S. in the Fed Cup final 6-2 6-1.

DANG! I still can┤t understand how two sisters are so seperated in the talent-department?! I mean not every sister-act can be like Serena and Venus....but one no.2 and the other with BARELY ANY hope whatsoever to even crack the top 100?!

Always bet on black!

Just because they are sisters doesn't mean they are genetic clones, silly

Of course, I know that.....but there is not being genetic clones and there is NOT being RELATED AT ALL! And when you see Elke play, you wouldn┤t believe she and Kim were sisters.

Jesus Christ, I am absouletly sick of people bagging the f#ck out of Elke. As someone said earlier, just because she is Kim's sister, doesn't mean she is going to be just as good as her.

Also as said by someone earlier - Elke is overated. Well she is unfortunetly, which she shouldn't be. People first only judge her because she is Kim's sister, THEN they judge her by her game. Which then leads to massive criticsm like in this thread. Because people expect sisters to be just as good as each other aka Williams, Maleeva, Zanetti, etc

So I ask you this - could'nt you see Elke as a player trying to break through on the tour, and not just as Kim's little sister.
