Antwerp still TIER2?

Can somebody confirm if the proximus diamond games in Antwerp will still be a Tier2 in 2004? I thought they would rais the money to a Tier1 event.
But when I consulted the wta 2004 calendar it's still 585...$ . So still a Tier 2???

Allez, Come-on, ...,

It becomes a Tier I for the 2005 season.

I don't think Tier 1 status will come until 2005, if I remember correctly.

San Diego will be a Tier 1 next year though.

Exclamation

If Venus wins next year, I bet she won't be back in 2005. Serena will take her place and try to get the golden racquet in 2007.
