Pierre-Yves is sick of tennis
Pierre-Yves sick of tennis
Pierre-Yves Hardenne, Justine's spouse, speaks out in 'Het Laatste Nieuws', a belgian newspaper, with some hard sentences. He tells he is sick of travelling around the world like a servant.
"I completely understand that Justine has stress and that she needs someone to vent on, but it isn't all that obviously. I always have to laugh, I always have to receive the knocks, but what do I gain with it?"
said Pierre-Yves, who is obviously fatigued after the heavy season.
"For 35 weeks long I've been dragging myself from tournament to tournament, and that starts to weigh on me. I haven't been off Justine's side since Roland Garros and I wonder if anyone would have notice the difference. Nobody sees me standing. There's no way I'll be travelling for 35 weeks again next year. I'm staying at home."
According to Pierre-Yves more and more tension is growing between him and his wife. "I have to admit that I sometimes quietly hope that her tenniscareer will be over very soon, but then again I hope it'll last for long time so we can keep on enjoying the luck that we receive."
A storm in a glass of water? Fact is that there will be a thorough word in the houshold of Henin-Hardenne very soon

A man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening ear on the cheek of a golden child. But personally, I'd mud-wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a sack of French porn.
