I think they will. The tornament schedule is insane. Men play the same amount of tennis over 7 days having an extra day off. Girls have to do it over 6 days.. Someone will have to play five days in a row..

It is a very tough schedule, but I don't think anyone will quit unless they have to. They get so much money for every match they play, for one thing.

It will probably take its toll on the quality of the matches. Fitness will be important.

men are paid even more. But almost every year alternates get to play..

Who do you expect to get injured?

Mauresmo perhaps -- she's injury prone.

I can't really imagine Justine and Kim quitting with so much on the line. Jennifer and Ai both seem very resilient stamina-wise.
