I think Volcana meant "extremely ranked" when he said "notable", as in

"...winning a title this young means she could be ranked somewhere between #1 and #300+ in a couple of years..."

Hingis won that young too. I didn't ever intend to mention ALL the players who ever won tournaments at 16 or 17, just two of them. Two players who's careers took VERY different paths after that.
