Arrow Post here the injures your fave has had...

Lindsay has had like a zillion nagging injuries for the past couple of years. Her clay seasons have been pathetic. And whenever her level of tennis was raising she had an injury. Let's have an overview:

2000: She started the year amazingly, winning the Australian Open, Indian Wells, reached the final of the Ericcson. The she had a back injury which did not let her play the entire clay season except Roland Garros (where she played injured and lost in the first round). Had to withdraw from the Olympics with toe injury (in her fifth methatarsal).
2001: She had to retire due to a knee injury in the QF of the Nasdaq 100 open against Dementiva. She won eastbourne, her first comeback tournament, and ended the year winning three titles in a row. Then reached the semis of the WTA Championship where she beat Clijsters to get the #1 ranking, BUT injured her knee therefore could not play the final and the title went to Serena.
2002: After nine months out and a knee surgery, she came back and reached the semis of the Open and was bothered in her future tournaments by a tight left thigh.
2003: Had to retire from Roland Garros with a toe nerve injury, which also affected in the LA final and had to withdraw from Pilot Pen final.

Pheww.... that was long I know Venus has had a hard time, so as Monica. Don't really know if Serena has had a big injury (except for the knee).

I am a sinner too!
Jesus answered and said to him[Nicodemus, a Pharisee],"Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again[of the Spirit/above], he cannot see the kingdom of God."--John 3:3

Good works can't save you from hell!! Jesus loves you and wants to be in your heart and mind!!!

I will worship Jesus forever!

Martina Hingis:

1997 - Her first major injury didn't happen on a tennis court but as a result of a fall from a horse. The leg injury ultimately hurt her chances in Paris.

1998 - She hurt her back late in the year at the Grand Slam Cup in Munich while playing against Patty Schnyder.

1999 - When Martina swapped her Sergio Tacchini shoes for an unmarked brand in Sydney, it was soon revealed that the shoes were hurting her heels.

2000 - Around the time of Berlin, Martina pulled out due to plantar fascisis (?). (Oh, whatever, the top of her feet were injured.)

2001 - Her back caused her problems at Wimbledon. She also hurt her ankle tendons at Filderstadt whilst changing directions to retrieve a shot.

2002 - The culmination of all her foot injuries ultimately forced Martina to opt for surgery. She never fully recovered and retired from tennis.

chronical: shoulder, knee, foot and back

In the middle of the night
I go walking in my sleep
Through the desert of the truth
To the river so deep
We all end in the ocean
We all start in the streams
We're all carried along
By the river of dreams
In the middle of the night
