Capriati - a lucky sign :)

I guess the person who posted the seedings on yahoo.com wants to make sure Capriati does well, so he or she has given her TWO chances to win by putting her in draw twice . I like it!! Hmmm. Venus should get in twice two, (since they are both coming of injuries .

Copied from sports.yahoo.com/ten:

WOMEN
-----
1. Kim Clijsters, Belgium
2. Justine Henin-Hardenne, Belgium
3. Lindsay Davenport, United States
4. Venus Williams, United States
5. Amelie Mauresmo, France
6. Jennifer Capriati, United States
7. Anastasia Myskina, Russia
8. Jennifer Capriati, United States
9. Daniela Hantuchova, Slovakia
10. Magdalena Maleeva, Belgium

Go Jennifer's!!!

Oh, how biased of the US Open - I am outraged

Mirjana Lucic : Australian Open doubles champ and back in Top 100

Jelena Jankovic : US Open finalist 2008 and World No. 1

Jennifer Capriati : 3 Grand Slams, Olympic Gold and World No.1

Rafael Nadal : 10 Grand Slams, Olympic Gold and World No.1

It'd be great if they met in the semis!
or even better, let's see what the fans say about an all-Capriati final (finally no Beligians and no Williamses!)

The way you people are reacting, I would have thought that you DIDN'T know that chanda's changed her name.

A single flow'r he sent me, since we met./All tenderly his messenger he chose;
Deep-hearted, pure, with scented dew still wet - One perfect rose.
I knew the language of the floweret;/'My fragile leaves,' it said, 'his heart enclose.'
Love long has taken for his amulet/One perfect rose.
Why is it no one ever sent me yet/One perfect limousine, do you suppose?
Ah no, it's always just my luck to get/One perfect rose.

yay! maggie joins the belgian squad

A man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening ear on the cheek of a golden child. But personally, I'd mud-wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a sack of French porn.
