Wow! It's hard to pick three for each. So I'll just remember ones I've enjoyed.

Australian Open
Capriati's 2001 wins over Seles, Davenport and Hingis and the 2002 final.

French Open
Seles beating Hingis in 1998 or 1999, I forget when.
Capriati def. Clijsters in final last year.

Wimbledon
Venus Williams against Jana Novotna a few years ago. Great match, also I think was where Venus really lost her cool and told the umpire he was the only person there who had missed the wrong call!!!
Also, Mirjana Lucic beating Seles and taking Graf to three sets in 1999 - fantastic matches.
Also, Henin beating Jennifer last year. Great tennis and a good loesson in how to turn a losing situation around.

US Open
I NEVER get to see any US Open matches in the UK, so I can't comment!!!

Mirjana Lucic : Australian Open doubles champ and back in Top 100

Jelena Jankovic : US Open finalist 2008 and World No. 1

Jennifer Capriati : 3 Grand Slams, Olympic Gold and World No.1

Rafael Nadal : 10 Grand Slams, Olympic Gold and World No.1

A single flow'r he sent me, since we met./All tenderly his messenger he chose;
Deep-hearted, pure, with scented dew still wet - One perfect rose.
I knew the language of the floweret;/'My fragile leaves,' it said, 'his heart enclose.'
Love long has taken for his amulet/One perfect rose.
Why is it no one ever sent me yet/One perfect limousine, do you suppose?
Ah no, it's always just my luck to get/One perfect rose.

australian open:
1 final of 94, I slept trough it once again and when I was awake it was matchpoint already, that was a nice way to start the day
2 final of 92 just one match where Steffi wasn`t involved because it was the only time I was awake in time for a final
3 let`s go with the final of 93 despite that Steffi lost, afterall I was over it quick because I felt it was a good tournament for her beating JC and ASV on the road

french open
1 quarters 90 Steffi against Conchita despite all finals Steffi played afterwards this is the most memorable for me because it was her first match I saw from 1 point to last
2 final of 95 a lot of papers had written that Steffi`s career was finished because of her back and then she came back and didn`t lose till august and won the french. it was just great
3 semi french 99 against Monica, this should have happened 6 years earlier but still it was great, much better as the final two days later

wimbledon
92 the final Do I need to say more, I jumped the whole evening
91 the final see 92 and it was the first time Steffi won a grand slam since I became a fan so that was even more special for me
99 quarters against Venus, that was so great, last time I was realy realy happy by a Steffi win

us open
final 95 the match was not on tv, so I had to follow the scores on teletext, it was nervous breaking but Steffi won so I was happy anyway
final 96 this match on tv and I was evem more happy as in 95
final 90 this is a negative memory but I had no cable and an hour before I heard Andre was in the final and I liked him very much and was very happy about that and then an hour later I came home and read that Steffi lost, I was realy shocked because I didn`t expect it and of course my happy mood was gone

I have so many more memories

In the middle of the night
I go walking in my sleep
Through the desert of the truth
To the river so deep
We all end in the ocean
We all start in the streams
We're all carried along
By the river of dreams
In the middle of the night

OK I went a little overboard but anyhow...

Australian Open:

1993 final: Seles d. Graf (One of THE best matches I've ever seen)
1996 final: Seles d. Huber (All emotions)
1991 semi: Seles d. Fernandez (I loved both)
1997 final: Hingis d. Pierce (I love both, but was a historical win for Martina)

French Open:

1992 final: Seles d. Graf (One of THE best matches I've ever seen)
1994 semi: Pierce d. Graf (6-2 6-2) ---> you won't believe me but I saw that match coming.. a long time ago...
1999 final: Graf d. Hingis
2000 quarters: Pierce d. Seles (a very high quality match)
1991 semi: ASV d. Graf (6-0 6-2) ---> that was memorable!

Wimbledon:

1993 final: Graf d. Novotna
1997 final: Hingis d. Novotna (I was soo sure Jana would win, but in retrospect I'm happy for Martina)
1998 final: Novotna d. Tauziat (I was still too nervous up to match point)
2000 quarters: V.Williams d. Hingis
1999 final: Davenport d. Graf (I was extremely happy for Lindsay)

US Open:

1997 final: Hingis d. V.Wililams (youngest GS final ever)
1994 final: ASV d. Graf
1995 final: Graf d. Seles
1999 semi: Hingis d. V.Williams (A memorable semi to prelude the final)
1999 final: S.Williams d. Hingis (that was a truly memorable match, although Martina lost)
2000 semi: V.Williams d. Hingis (as sad as I was at the end of the match, it was one of the best matches I've ever seen)

AAAAAhhhh

how could i have forgotten Wimbledon 94!

Yes of course that was truly memorable too..

I was cheering wildly for Conchita (which was soooo ironic cause I was cheering wildly for her opponents in her early rounds, Davenport, McNeil!)

I know I shouldn't say this.. but Lori really should've won that GS...

Actually I might as well add:

Wimbledon 1st round: McNeil d. Graf 7-6 7-5 (That was truly memorable too! )

I will just based on the matches I have actually seen

Australian Open :2002 final capriati def Hingis
1997 final Hingis def Pierce

French Open: Pierce def Hingis 2000 semis
Graf def Hingis 1999 final
ASV def Monica 1998, emotional, start following tennis ever since

Wimbledon: Lucic def Monica (although she lose Monica play a high quality match and hit more winners than Ufs but it was really the best of Lucic. Unfortuneately, does not seems like we will see it again)

Graf def V Williams 1999, another superb match.

Jana def Hingis 1998, again an extremely high quality match from both player especially Jana with her expert hand at the net.

Jana def Tauziat 1998, it was not a good match, but the emotion and especially the last 15 mins of the match when Jana fail to serve for the match with some easy volley miss make me switch off the tv for 5 mins. b4 I can turn it on again.

Jana vs Venus 1998, again a very good match, Jana absorbed all the power from Venus, and seeing Venus crying and shouting at the umpire and linesmen especially is quite funny. But all credit again to Venus to put up a smile and wave to the crowd after the match.

US Open.

V Williams v Hingis 1999, 2000 semis. enough said

S Williams v Hingis 1999 , but only from the point where Serena have her first match point to the end of the tiebreak, that 25 minustes period is unbelievably exciting, even some of my friends who has been very crtical of women tennis love that

S Williams v Clijsters 1999, that was such an exciting match, Clijsters could have had a much earlier breakthrough if she got through this match

Well, I have not follow tennis since like 3 years ago, so that's it may more great matches to come.

Oz:

1. 2002 final, Capriati def. Hingis. Maybe because it's fresh in my mind, but nothing else could possibly compare to that drama
2. 1998 3rd round, Hingis def. Kournikova. Amazing match, and if it wasn't for an insane drop-shot at 4-4 in the 3rd set, I believe Kournikova would have taken it. And how her career would have been different.
3. 1999 semi, Mauresmo def. Davenport. How out of the blue was this? Heralding a new talent - and how.

RG:

1. 1999 final, Graf. def. Hingis. Do I need to say anything?
2. 1997 final, Majoli def. Hingis. Yay Iva! this was when I became a fan - after the first game, I switched allegiance from Martina to Iva and haven't looked back since.
3. 2001 final, Capriati def. Clijsters. Such tension!

Wimbledon:

1. 1993 final, Graf def. Novotna. The first tennis match I ever watched. What a baptism.
2. 1998 final, Novotna def. Tauziat. With literally everyone in the country cheering her on, Novotna realised her dream. Really moving.
3. 1998 3rd round, Davenport def. Vento. I know how many classic matches are being left out, but this was the first match I ever saw live, the first time I'd ever been to a tournament.

US Open:

1. 1997 semi, V.Williams def. Spirlea. The bump, the scintillating tennis, the tension - this match had it all. I was already a Spirlea fan, and by the end - despite the mutual loathing on court - I was a Venus fan as well. Although I was still disappointed that Spirlea didn't win, after taking out Kournikova, Coetzer and Seles.
2. 2000 semi, V.Williams def. Hingis. It's all about the tennis, and this match had it. Even when two points from defeat, you still felt destiny pulling Venus along - and I don't believe in destiny.
3. 1997 3rd round, Novotna def. Lucic. at where Lucic is now, and where she was heading then.

I agree Sam L, I watch a little bit of the end of the Lori, Steffi match, I never saw the british crowd so into a women match, and of course how can I forget the amelie Lindsay match in 1998, silly me, that was great tennis from amelie, I remember thinking how mentally tough Amelie is in big match and how wrong could I be.

So many I miss out which I actually watched, the Jana Lucic match is good as well, but I do remember Mirjana drifted off a bit in the end, which was the only down side of the match

Sam I saw that french open 94 semi coming too, that`s why I didn`t watch and did my paperjob during that match(well in between I came home a few times to check the score)

From the one's I've seen:

AO:
'95 final: Pierce df. S.Vicario- Mary had played soooo well throughout the whole tournament, but I thought that she would lose the final as it had happened in '94 RG. But she layed a perfect final.

'98 3rd round: Hingis df. Kournikova. It was the first match I saw from Anna, and it was an incredible one, with lots of hard hitting, but also volleys and drop shots. And Anna was so close to victory...

'99 QF: Seles df. Graf. The match wasn't that good (Graf was having a horrible day), but it was the first time that Monica beat Steffi after the stabbing.

FO:
'96 final: Graf df. S.Vicario-The best match I've ever seen.
'92 SF: Graf df. S. Vicario-There were a lot of questions then about if Steffi would ever regain her form. She had lost the prevous year 6-0, 6-2, and here she lost again the first by 6-0 in 15 minutes. Fortunately, she egrouped and won in 3.
'95 SF: Graf df. Martinez. Conchita was losing 6-3, 4-1, and she forced a third set. It was soo close that day...

WB:
'95 QF: Martinez df. Sabatini. Even if Gaby lost
, it was a great match.
'00 QF: Davenport df. Seles. The first two sets were amizing, but Monica ran out of gas in the 3rd.
'95 final: Graf df. S. Vicario. Amazing match, that 13th game in the 2rd set was incredible.

UO:
'00 SF-Venus df. Hingis. You could cut the tension in this match.
'98 QF-Venus df. S.Vicario. The final two sets were perfect from Venus, I wondered why she didn't play like that all the time...
'94 final'S.Vicario df. Graf. Geat comeback from Arantxa.
