Exclamation Interesting GS finals record by Hingis and Venus

This may be old news to some and some of you might have already noticed this but...

Before Roland Garros 99, Hingis was 5-2 in grand slam finals. After that and some 4 finals later, she was 5-7. A huge turnaround.

Before Roland Garros 02, Venus was 4-1 in grand slam finals. After that and some 4 finals later, she was 4-6. Another huge turnaround.

Venus wasn't as unhappy as Hingis was when she lost that final but still it was a big psychological and emotional turnaround. So what does the future hold for Venus, the same fate as Hingis or can she turn things around?

Light of the Seven: Himalayas, Gobi, Baikal, Taiga, Steppe, Alps, Aurora

Mary Pierce and Jennifer Capriati won Hilton Head/Charleston in their year when they won Roland Garros title and they don't won another title of the year after the tournament.

Roland Garros haunting all of you forever!!

Inspiration is for amateurs

I still believe Venus will turn her final record around. I see her ending her career with a winning percentage in finals.
