Surely the cut-off for Singapore is the week prior to this*? Luxembourg & Moscow are right before Singapore, so they can't possibly be included. YEC alternates have been known to play in these events. However, should a player make the YEC final 8, they couldn't realistically play the week before, what with all the pre-event media commitments for the YEC. They wouldn't want to anyway, for fear of injury.
