VENUS on cover of TENNIS MAGAZINE/her serve and forehand...

I liked the article about Venus in Tennis magazine. Though it was the typical fluff, I like the fact she has more going on in life than tennis with her interior design firm.

I think she needs to get better balance with her neck and body on her serve and forehand. Her head seems to move everywhere on those shots.

Even though she has a rocket forehand and booming serve, I think they desert her because she is much more mechanical and thoughtful about her form.

GO VENUS!! TAKE WIMBLEDON!

Her backhand is her most consistent shot, but I actually think, when the forehand is on, it is a lot more dangerous. She really strikes the ball with the forehand.

I think her backhand has more consistency, and better disguise, but she doesn't use it to great affect anymore because people hit to ehr forehand.

But, just watch. Venus' forehand is struck with authority.

LOL....ok well maybe ur opinion has more authority....BUT

i think Venus owns the best backhand in the game. unreadable, powerful, and she makes it time and time again. in the AO final, didnt she only end up with b/h winners?

her forehand is sooooo unpredictable. yea its good when its on, but if u want a shot thats always on, its her b/h

I think Venus' problem with her forehand is that she tries to go for too much. She's better when she just puts it in. It's when she tries to go for a huge forehand that she misses. She's TOO aggressive I think.

Venus has said so herself that "sometimes my forehand is my best friend"
I remember the US semi 2001 vs Caps, she was out hitting Caps forehand!! That is the only time i have seen ne1 do that 2 Jen
