Why does Nadia Petrova make a muscle with her right arm and point to it after she wins a match at Roland Garros? I've noticed her do that a couple times this tournament. But the funny thing is Petrova doesn't have any muscle definition in her arms! LOL! Nadia has just about the least developed arms I've ever seen! And she has skinny legs, too. She really needs to hit the weightroom! But Nadia sure has alot of natural power in her strokes. Just think of how much more potent her shots would be if she actually developed some muscle.

I just read Nadia's interview. And she says she's going to continue to make a muscle with her right arm and point to it with her left hand. Maybe she thinks it brings her good luck.

LOL at DIVa! Good one!

Yoshie, that was well said. But Nadia's heart is stronger than her skinny arms. That's for sure.

I wish she would stop those gorrilla movements. it's very annoying (same when ph mathieu did it last year)

In the middle of the night
I go walking in my sleep
Through the desert of the truth
To the river so deep
We all end in the ocean
We all start in the streams
We're all carried along
By the river of dreams
In the middle of the night

this only her way of motivating herself signifying that she's got the strength and heart to realize her dreams.

Madame Oracene Williams could certainly teach the French & Belgian crowds on how to upgrade their respective primitive behaviours during a tennis match.

It was supposed to signify
"strength of arm, strength of heart"
