Now, TM, maybe ppl who get mad here when I pick on someone whose only meaningful win in '03 was the comeback vs. Chanda @ the AO will accept that she only got past the 2nd round enroute to a Tier 3 or whatever in Doha cause Nadya twisted her ankle up a set (and 4-2 in the 2nd). No way thay other Russian could handle Jen's groundies (and both their lousy serves would cancel eachother out).

Oh, I don't know about 'best matches', but 'worst matches' I can rant!!!

Serena vs Ai. How in the world Serena can make 47 unforced errors is beyond me. And not to mention that Ai's serving is shit - and how "convenient" that she "JUST" had to double fault on break points. For example, leading 2-0, then Serena breaks back, then Ai DOUBLE-FAULTED to squander a chance to lead 3-1. THEN Ai DOUBLE-FAULTED AGAIN when leading 4-3. And not to mention she made three double-faults in one game....grrrr.

Also, I'm praying that this match did Serena some good and erase some of her problems (mainly being hitting forehands that love to go offcourt) in tomorrows match against Amelie.

Like, GO SERENA!!!!!!!!!!

Go Ai! Go Shinobu! Go Rita! Go Monica! Go Serena! Go Kim! Go Amelie! Go Lindsay! Go Jenn! Go Jelena! Go Mary! Go Conchita! Go Amanda! Go Chanda! Go Elena D! Go Maggie! Go Amy! Go Adriana!

Players I sorely miss.
Dominique Van Roost, Martina Hingis, Gabriela Sabatini, Mary Joe-Ferenandez, Steffi Graf, Arantxa Sanchez-Vicario, Anke Huber, Kimiko Date, Pam Shriver, Naoko Sawamatsu, Brenda Schultz-McCarthy, Sandrine Testud and Julie Halard-Decugis.

Good luck in your post-tennis life
