How far each player can move up in the rankings

THEORETICAL possibilities:
Serena: nr 1
Clijsters: nr 2

Venus: nr 3-5
---- nr 3 if Henin loses to Rubin
---- nr 4 if Henin doesn't lose to Rubin & Mauresmo doesn't win the tournament
---- nr 5 if Henin doesn't lose to Rubin & Mauresmo wins the tournament

Justine: nr 3-5
---- nr 3 if Henin reaches the final
---- nr 4 if Serena or justine beat Mauresmo
---- nr 5 if Justine loses to Rubin & Mauresmo reaches the finals

Mauresmo: nr 3-6
---- nr 3: if Mauresmo reaches the final (beating Henin)
---- nr 4: impossible
---- nr 5: if she defeats Serena
---- nr 6: if she loses to Serena

Rubin: nr 6-7
--- nr 6: if she wins the tournament, beating Henin, Williams & Clijsters
--- nr 7: otherwise

Martinez: nr 19-9
Zvonareva: nr 21-10
Petrova: nr 38-12
(i won't explain these, they are too dependant on others & very unlikely results)

sucks that amelie even though she reaches quarters can be pushed back a ranking. I think amelie is gonna drop a lot because she has so many gosh darn points to defend later this year. Too bad she dindt' play at the beginning, she could have gained so many points, she could have played sydney and australia and gotten like 500-600 points from those tourneys, which would make her like number 4 or at least have a strong number 5 slot.

hunger, desire, fire..........
stength, power, precision.........
talent, court sense, smartness........
no i am not talking about a racket or a squirrel, i am talking about the former and future number 1..............
martina hingis!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Luck Justine Henin Hardenne, Venus Williams, Maria Sharapova, Mary Pierce, and any of my other favorites that I might have forgotten about at this moment.
