There's already many such threads. Here's one.

What's your favourite Grand Slam?

Re: What is YOUR favourite slam?

The Australian Open, then the US Open, then Wimbledon and then Roland Garros.

The belief that man is an irresolute creature pulled this way and that by two forces of equal strength, alternately winning and losing the battle for his soul; the conviction that human life is nothing more than an uncertain struggle between heaven and hell; the faith in two opposed entities, Satan and Christ - all this was bound to engender those internal discords in which the mind, excited by the incessant fighting, stimulated as it were by the constant promises and threats, ends up by giving in and prostitutes itself to whichever of the two combatants has been more obstinate in its pursuit. Life isn't black and white, it's gold.

Re: What is YOUR favourite slam?

This thread again? All you have to do is type into google favorite slam tennisforum and you will be linked to every thread at this forum dealing with the subject. Makes more sense to bump a thread then start a new one.

For me it's the US Open: I love the atmosphere, night matches, and the fact its in my home country. Fast hardcourts are my favorite surface too. And I love the dark blue courts.

Then the Australian Open: It's the perfect time for me to watch as it starts 7PM local time here.

Wimbledon: I like grass court tennis and I also respect the tradition that Wimbledon has; even if it does come off as a little old fashioned at times.

French Open: Personally I don't know why this is referred to as Roland Garros as Im pretty sure that is the name of the venue. It would be like calling the US Open the Bille Jean King National Tennis Center. Apart from the ridiculous name I really don't like clay court tennis. By far my least favorite surface to watch.

LUCIE SAFAROVA!!

Madison Brengle!!
Tsvetana Pironkova, Maria Sharapova, Serena Williams, Lauren Davis, Petra Kvitova, Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova, Timea Bacsinszky, Madison Keys, Kaia Kanepi, Klara Zakopalova, Agnieszka Radwanska

Elena Dementieva - Always my number 1 2012 FITD Olympic Gold Medal Champion!
