It was the same way when my smash hit from Broadway "I'll Plant My Own Tree" came out. It was playing everywhere, radio, parties, other Broadway shows, Las Vegas acts, boxing matches, the Superbowl, everywhere the song was playing. Then, years later there was a party held in my honor, and the orchestra (yes, they had a live orchestra for my party) was playing a muzak version of "I'll Plant My Own Tree." I was honored, and it brought back such great memories for me, my finest hour on Broadway, and trust me, THERE HAVE BEEN MANY fine hours for me on Broadway. I did not get to enjoy it for long, though, because Neely crashed my party and then stole my wig in the ladies room and tried to flush it down the toilet. I had to "go out the way I came in" with a scarf on my head, with my dripping wig under my arm. I missed the rest of the party, but I trashed Neely really bad to Lyon the next day.
