And then today's news, in Hungarian. http://www.szabadujsag.com/orvosi-te...czink-melinda/

And the dish ran away with the spoon..

Re: BOMBSHELL: Czink reportedly suing WTA for Birmingham incident

And where in this is the WTA's fault? For not picking up the phone and telling her what hospital to go to? I dont think you can sue someone for that. "you didnt tell me the details to the good hospital so i went to the nearest one and suffered bad care"?

Drugs are bad, mmkay?

Re: BOMBSHELL: Czink reportedly suing WTA for Birmingham incident

No wonder she's suing them

The belief that man is an irresolute creature pulled this way and that by two forces of equal strength, alternately winning and losing the battle for his soul; the conviction that human life is nothing more than an uncertain struggle between heaven and hell; the faith in two opposed entities, Satan and Christ - all this was bound to engender those internal discords in which the mind, excited by the incessant fighting, stimulated as it were by the constant promises and threats, ends up by giving in and prostitutes itself to whichever of the two combatants has been more obstinate in its pursuit. Life isn't black and white, it's gold.

If WTA their obligations does not follow, they should be sentenced in court.

Don't talk to me about rules, dear. Wherever I stay I make the goddamn rules. MC

Good luck Melinda, WTA should have been prepared for such cases.
She has to win this case, horrible experience.

She pays WTA for the fucking medical insurance. They should at least care about her as a player.

So you want to sue the WTA for them not caring by not telling her which hospital to go to?

She returned earlier this year with a SR. She hasn't done too much but she beat Hsieh in IW Q.

Sounds better than the treatment 95% of NHS patients get.

What exactly is she suing the WTA for? Not visiting her in the hospital? The whole thing (first link) sounds like she has never even bothered to find out how her medical insurance actually works.

Re: BOMBSHELL: Czink reportedly suing WTA for Birmingham incident

You sue the company or the corporation from who you can get the best result from.

For example if you order a pizza and it arrives at your door with a some spit on it, do you sue the pizza boy who likely spat on it or do you sue Pizza Hut who employed the pizza boy? You sue pizza hut because they have the money and the boy was working for them.

Think of the hospital like the pizza boy and they WTA as Pizza Hut.

By offering her insurance the WTA owes Czink a duty of care. They breached this duty by not ensuring she was sent to the appropriate hospital and checking up on her. Simple.

And we'll never be royals (royals). It don't run in our blood, That kind of luxe just ain't for us. We crave a different kind of buzz.
