Ivanovic leading the poll I thought Jankovic was the hyped one nowadays.

She's just won Monterrey trashing a scrub MM Queen Bagel-gurl Superstar Pity she keeps on flopping time & time again in every relevant tournament she enters.

Going into Miami, I would have said Jankovic.
Now I'm not sure.
There are motivation issues with a lot of these players who had success a few years ago, and hard to tell how they're going to compete all year.
Which is why Serena & Maria deserve so much credit for continually cycling back towards the top, although Maria still has to show that in 2014

Re: Which of the 2 Serbian sisters will have higher year-ending rank,JJ or I'vic?

If Ana continues to take the MM events seriously she has a chance. For the last two years she pretty consistently has beaten the players ranked below her and lost to those ranked above her. Since there will only be a max of one top 10 player per MM event, she can gain a lot of points from winning these events, if she adjusts her tournament schedule accordingly. Nevertheless I still pick JJ, but either way I doubt they´ll be seperated by more than five spots at the end of the year.

- Caroline Wozniacki has never beaten a reigning world #1.
- Caroline Wozniacki has never beaten a top 5 player at a major.
- Caroline Wozniacki has not beaten a top 3 player en route to any of her 23 titles.
- Caroline Wozniacki has beaten two top 5 players en route to her 23 titles (#4 Zvonareva and #5 Schiavone)

-Her fans think she had very bad luck with her Grand Slam and Regular Tour draws.

Ana already won 2 MMs this season - Auckland and Monterrey and she is scheduled to play just one more this year - Linz, so probably she will focus now on Premiers and Slams, which is what she needs to do now in my opinion.

She proved she can beat top players, defeated Serena and Kerber already. Just needs more consistency. "Just"

Speaking of the question, I really don't know. Jelena has much more points to defend than Ana tho. Voted Ana.

Happy to see both of them doing well after struggling, especially JJ as she is a few years older.

Definitely hard to say but am going out on a limb and picking Ana. I think winning some smaller tournaments will transfer to success at some bigger ones. Honestly wouldn't be surprised to see Ana in at least the semis of RG this year. Would be nice to see both of them at the YEC.

Jelena.

She will win them all on clay and it will be enough.
