Not suprised at all.....I remember when she came to Aus for the Open...she went to the hospital to see a young kid (13 or so) who wrote her a letter....was a massive fan...he was dying and she got him tickets to watch her play and mentioned him in her speech....Jen has always been a terrific woman.

****** Dasha Sam, Jarka, Casey, Serena , then the guys with nice asses on the ATP, followed by other Aussies, bit of a gap...then Venus.....bit of a bum scratch...then will watch Lisiki or Radwanksa...gap...everyone else (or sleep) ******

It was so sweet....for someone who has had such bad press....I don't think the press see enough of what they do off the court as well.

*becoming a jenn fan*

till marti comes back, that is...

A single flow'r he sent me, since we met./All tenderly his messenger he chose;
Deep-hearted, pure, with scented dew still wet - One perfect rose.
I knew the language of the floweret;/'My fragile leaves,' it said, 'his heart enclose.'
Love long has taken for his amulet/One perfect rose.
Why is it no one ever sent me yet/One perfect limousine, do you suppose?
Ah no, it's always just my luck to get/One perfect rose.
