Is their a conspiracy against the russians?

i'm joking of course but look at the latest draw for them at Bausch & Lomb Championships

(8) Amanda Coetzer (RSA) vs BYE
Laura Granville (USA) vs Vera Zvonareva (RUS)
Tatiana Panova (RUS) vs Lina Krasnoroutskaya (RUS)
(10) Elena Dementieva (RUS) vs BYE

4 out of the 5 russians competing in this event are in the same quarter.

all year they have been meeting each other in first and second rounds. and they are all good players. i just hope that very soon they can get a break in their draw (not get a seed or a russian in the first couple of rounds) so they can all boost their rankings so they can't play each other in the first round. and i'm talking about all of them even kuznetsova, petrova and safina.

it must be so tough on them.

It's like a Russian Roulette.

"When I was four years old, we moved from England to USA, when my mother found out that I won't be KING!" -- Bob Hope--

Madame Oracene Williams could certainly teach the French & Belgian crowds on how to upgrade their respective primitive behaviours during a tennis match.
