The most satisfying shot in tennis?

Ran this on Tennis Warehouse forum and it has been well received so will ask the same question here. As a player or spectator, which shot gives you the most satisfaction? There are many difficult shots in the game and some find it harder to hit some shots than others and vice versa. Which shot really does it for you? Backhand overhead smash? backhand down the line return winner? stop volley? Offensive topspin lob? I'll put some categories in a poll but feel free to add a shot by a player you saw (male or female) or did yourself in a match.

Oh and mine? Over the years I would say I love hitting the backhand overhead, when I pull it off I always scream in delight. Hitting a return winner also gives me great pleasure always.

Re: The most satisfying shot in tennis?

A drive/swinging volley winner or a backhand down the line off a cross-court shot, feet planted firm (such a difficult shot to change the direction of the ball so accurately).

Re: The most satisfying shot in tennis?

I'm a huge fan of lobs so it has to be that.

Re: The most satisfying shot in tennis?

Return of serve winner of course. Even better if it's accentuated with a huge grunt .

Second would be burying a dinky little high defensive lob with a really hard overhead smash.

Backhand smash, stop volley, drop shot.

Oh, and this.

Re: The most satisfying shot in tennis?

2nd serve aces or wrong footing winners when the opponent is close enough to twist and flail at the ball leading to desperate contortions and possible ankle breaking...good stuff

Re: The most satisfying shot in tennis?

Return of serve winner, at least they always feel awesome when I hit them

The belief that man is an irresolute creature pulled this way and that by two forces of equal strength, alternately winning and losing the battle for his soul; the conviction that human life is nothing more than an uncertain struggle between heaven and hell; the faith in two opposed entities, Satan and Christ - all this was bound to engender those internal discords in which the mind, excited by the incessant fighting, stimulated as it were by the constant promises and threats, ends up by giving in and prostitutes itself to whichever of the two combatants has been more obstinate in its pursuit. Life isn't black and white, it's gold.

Re: The most satisfying shot in tennis?

The ROS winner depends on the serve though. Wathing Serena destroy Errani's serve in Paris was cringeworthy and hilarious, but not satisfying.
