Sofia 2012 RR: Zheng vs Petrova

It was amazing feeling, you see all these on TV and then they appear 3D in front of you.
You can follow every emotion, every single move by both players. There's nothing like it.

Gosh, I sound like Mike81.

It was an exho between Julia GŲrges and Kerber

Yes, it did live to the expectations since I desperately wanted to see a live match after watching on TV for years.

Re: Your first live match...

The first match I saw live was Cincinnati in 2005. It was Patty Schnyder vs. Caroline Wozniacki. It was also Woz's first pro match of her career.

Corner seats are the best. It gives you the best look at the entire play providing also the best personal connection with both players.
The worst seats are on the side. You can see only part of the play. You look at one half completely missing the other, then you have to switch to the other side missing the previous one. You have a tunnel view of the match never seeing everything at once.
The seats completely behind are much better as you see the entire game at once, but it doesn't give you the same personal connection with the player.
So for me the best seats are corner seats. And as close to the court as possible.
