Stacey loves you for that single, solitary vote SAISAI-GOAT. You're on her Christmas card list for sure. Zero votes would have broken her heart.

Re: Should there be a 5th Slam?

It would take a lot of money and a lot of sponsors. But if China really wanted to commit to it, enough companies want to expand to China that it would certainly have a chance.
It could only be a psoitive for the players, much more prizemoney for a 128 draw and qualies

Re: Should there be a 5th Slam?

Why is there a poll for this same topic every other week?

Good Luck to my team of Germans:

Angelique Kerber-The Leader
Andrea Petkovic-The Dancing Queen
Laura Siegemund-The Queen Villian from Stuttgart
Anna-Lena Friedsam-The Tough Newcomer
Annika Beck-My Gießen Sister (my Home City)
Julia Görges-The Beautiful One

Re: Should there be a 5th Slam?

No because smaller tournaments need to have a chance to exist.
And some players would consider that those 5 are enough would rarely go to the smaller ones.

If one is given, China doesn't deserve it because of low attendance. Tokyo would be ok.

Re: Should there be a 5th Slam?

I always had the crazy idea about a "slam" changing venues every year.

It would never come close to a real slam anyway...

The public still thinks Australia is worth less than the other 3

Re: Should there be a 5th Slam?

A 5th Slam would motivate Jaja to reach Court's record in only 5 short years...

Re: Should there be a 5th Slam?

No there should only be 4 slams. There really is no reason to add another slam. The joint WTA/ATP mandatory events throughout the year at various locations allow fans plenty of options to go see their favorite players.
