well stevenson vs sugiyama isn't really a crowd puller

A man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening ear on the cheek of a golden child. But personally, I'd mud-wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a sack of French porn.

Oh don't expect too many people. I think they're right in being at their home, cause it's pretty boring to watch two players with an annoying style of game, and also watch Kim demolish another player, cause seriously, I never thought Kim would lose this match so I guess the ppl thought the same as me..

Anyway, I'd rather watch Alex and Ai. Cause it's an unpredictable match and both have IMO better games to watch..

serena
townsend × rezaï × lisicki × vesnina
keys × mladenovic × siniakova × jankovic

nothing but errors, by megan so far, kim hasn't really "won" her games, more like "given" but they say that is "the sign of a champion"

so you feel the same when serena demolishes her opponents? not an interesting match?

The problem is that I actually enjoy Serena's game and I like her. I don't feel the same about Kim's game even tho' I like her..

thing about it is, kim isn't doing in any "demolishing" so far, she is doing the usual "i can only play defense" game, that she has always brought. clearly megan is loosing or "beating herself". a couple nice points for Kim Clijsters, but really she and megan seem to be even, megan is just makin errors!

you're just against anyhting kim says or does, the only thing that counts for you is serena, and that's fine with me, but don't start saying things that aren't true hun. Kim can do a lot more than just her defense game

I watched the Kim/Megan match on ESPN, and Kim WAS NOT playing a DEFENSIVE game. She was very aggressive, attacking all those high loopy shots Megan replied with. Megan cut down her errors in the 2nd set, and still managed to lose that set to Kim, i wouldn't exactly say the match was handed to her!

Good Luck Radwanska Sisters!

And i think the Rain Delays are keeping a very skeptic crowd from filling the seats. Its cloudy here in California, and it looked cloudy in Arizona.

Yeah, these rain delays certainly don't help...

And the stands were mostly full by the end of the match...

It was a well-fought match I think...Meghann can certainly play better than that and she kept it close!

After the first two games Meghann played a great match. She really took it to Kim but still lost in straight sets. Kim played defense the whole time? She had to have at least 30 winners in this match, her forehand was unbelievable. The things people say...

Not every player can "dominate" like the Williams. You put every player at the Williams standard, its kinda pathetic...knowing they are the #1 and 2 in the world.
