should seles hire hingis mother as her coach?

it seems to me like a good idea, since melanie isn't doing anything right now?
i wonder whether this things have come accrosss seles mind.

it might be a lot helpful to seles games especially to win another grand slam

i believe if she really hire hingis mother, she will definetely be able to get back thhe No. 1 ranking again.

what do you guys think?

melanie m is coaching miriam casanova right now

In the middle of the night
I go walking in my sleep
Through the desert of the truth
To the river so deep
We all end in the ocean
We all start in the streams
We're all carried along
By the river of dreams
In the middle of the night

It is definitely an interesting prospect! And I don't doubt Melanie's abilities at coaching tactics. But I do not believe that Monica has taken on a full time TACTICAL coach since her dad died. Since then there have been coaches like Gavin Hopper who have focused on the fitness side of things and there have been plenty of travelling hitting partners but no 'conventional' coaches. Monica is not about that any more. Perhaps she is like Venus who recently admitted that she would fight with any coach other than her parents.

p.s. is Melanie Molitor travelling with Casanova? If not then I do not really consider a part-time coaching arrangement to be the real deal.

Wink Should Seles hire Hingis's mother as her coach?

Monica could hire "God" at this point in time and it will not improve her game. Monica has had a "great" and consistent career....she will be turning 30 this year? She has far surpassed her "peak" in tennis maybe she should give Navratilova a "nod" in the coaching department if she wants continued longevity

can anyone pass this message to her so that she can consider bout that

maybe it doesnt cross her mind at all

anyone here can contact seles

she can maybe have a year coaching with melanie
last time melanie does not able to teach others tennis players bout those tactics since her own daughter is in it but now hingis is "almost" retire
so she should be able to coach seles nicely

I am sure that God would be able to do something with Monica's game. After all look what he did for Moses.

For the love of God I would like someone to explain to me why so many people are sooo trigger happy with the old 'rolleye' smiley. I don't even know what people are trying to say with it half the time.

Yes quick, somebody pass along this idea to monica!!! don't you know her fans know more about her game than she does! She needs Hingis' mom to coach her, that will surely turn things right around. Back to #1 she'll go. all that's been missing is a little Melanie.

lets be realistic. Monica has been playing essentially the same game for about 15 years. she ain't gonna change a whole heck of a lot now. no matter who the coach is. she did seem to be coming to net more than average at Dubai.. but somehow I don't think she's about to become a serve and volleyer..

i'm quite interested to see how Molitor does with her new protege..

I'm not sure I can come back with anything better than what your own words do to you, so I'll just leave it at that.
