I am a sinner too!
Jesus answered and said to him[Nicodemus, a Pharisee],"Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again[of the Spirit/above], he cannot see the kingdom of God."--John 3:3

Good works can't save you from hell!! Jesus loves you and wants to be in your heart and mind!!!

I will worship Jesus forever!

Pretty thorough rundown, but I think he spends too much energy on surface chatter, which is not hugely pertinent on the WTA Tour. At least compared to the ATP.

5 seed Zvonareva also seems a bit of a question mark. She's considered a top prospect -- the WTA in fact nominated her for Most Impressive Newcomer -- but her statistics look a little odd from here. It's been exactly a year since she played her first WTA main draw match: She qualified for Memphis and lost in the first round to Alexandra Stevenson. Her overall WTA record since that time is 23-14, which doesn't look bad. But that's with a quarterfinal at Bol, a semifinal at Warsaw, a Round of Sixteen at Roland Garros, a final at Palermo, and a semifinal at Sopot. Since Sopot, she's gone 7-6 (plus qualifying losses at the Canadian Open and Zurich and Bahia and elsewhere). Even of those seven wins, four came on Rebound Ace. In other words, she's a player who likes her surfaces slow. And this is indoors.

I have a lot of respect for the writer who writes for Bob Larson. He knows his stuff, stats, that is.. But he doesn't know players, clearly. Anyone who saw Vera at last year US Open, especially against Clijsters would say that Vera is very comfortable on fast stuff..

"..just knowing that as long as i choose life, there is hope."

"Memphis has a prouder history than Bogota; it used to be Oklahoma City, one of the strongest and most-loved Tier III events on the circuit. But being loved by the players is no substitute for being loved by the sponsors; it moved to Memphis last year, and has gone from an event highlighted by Monica Seles and Jennifer Capriati to one highlighted by -- Silvia Farina Elia."

yes, so true...another WTA midwest disaster (a' la Chicago and Ameritech)

The Ameritech Cup was fine with player representation. It was the tour and the tournament director that did in that event.
