losing 4 GS finals in a row

if Venus loses the final, will that be the first time a player has lost 4 GS finals in a row??

Does anyone know if this has happened before?

How would you call that? a Grand Slammed or a Venus Slam?

I think Davenport/Zvereva lost four Slam finals in a row to Hingis/someone, Hingis/Novotna.
