Venus hit an 135 mph serve...

Q. You registered 215 on the meter there. That's 135 miles an hour?
VENUS WILLIAMS: 215?

Q. That's what it said on one of them. I've seen you do 126, but I never saw you break 130.
VENUS WILLIAMS: I've never seen the 215. It must not have went in (laughter).
No, I didn't see that one. If it was, it was nice. Hopefully the next one will be in.

It went out but still!!!
Sheesh!!

I think we all know that it doesn't count if it's not in...

Probably wasn't a radar error neither... just.. out.

Hey, you should have seen how hard I hit some of my faults.

What was it about "fast women"...?

It was a fault, but I know it would have broken the record.

As long as they post the speed of serves where the players can see them, even a 135 mph miss is gonna intimidate opponents.

It was really far out. I think it hit the baseline.
