German player forum - the final vote !

The poll will end in 24 hours, that is tuesday, 9.30 PM CET.

For non-German speakers:

1: Deutschland = Germany, dames = dames.

2: Sprechen Sie = Do you speak, deuce as reference to deutsch = German which would be the correct word here.

I liked teh uber-babes but then I'll just go with sprechen sie deuce

A man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening ear on the cheek of a golden child. But personally, I'd mud-wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a sack of French porn.

Could you please capitalize 'deuce'? Otherwise, it doesn't come across as well, strictly orthographically speaking. This could be interpreted as a cunning plan to benefit "Deutschland Dames".

P.S. Wouldn't mind the question mark being moved one space to the left to make it absolutely perfect.

As I said before, you can't edit polls.

Actually I'm completely confused right now. What's correct: 'Sprechen Sie Deutsch?' or 'Sprechen Sie deutsch?'

I might agree on the question mark, though.

Oh, sorry, didn't know that.

I think there is freedom of choice since it can be treated both as a noun and an adjective in this context. But as it's going to be used as a forum name, it should be capitalized.

Sprechen Sie Deuce?
amí not smart enough or why i don´t understand it
i can find a referebce between Deuce and Deutsch!!!

i´m happy about to get a german forum,
because we fight very hard for it

but no i don´t care about the name

Something was bound to go right sometime today, All these broken pieces fit together to make a perfect picture of us
It got cold and then dark so suddenly and rained, It rained so hard the two of us were the only thing
That we could see for miles and miles
And in the middle of the flood I felt my worth, When you held onto me like I was your little life raft
Please know that you were mine as well
Drops of water hit the ground like God's own tears
And spread out into shapes like Salad bowls and basins and buckets for bailing out the flood

matthias,

It's just a wordplay. Deuce and Deutsch share the first three letters and both relate to the forum (tennis reference, German reference). Actually, at first I thought it was spelling mistake by Brian Stewart, who came up with it I believe, since he had spelled 'Sie' incorrectly as well.

Go with 'Sprechen Sie deuce ?' I'm old, but when I hear 'Deutschland', my brain fills in 'Uber Alles'. (In fairness, I have to admit that when I hear 'California', my brain fills in 'Uber Alles'. Thank you, Dead Kennedy's.)
