A mess I actually thought Maria has a chance of winning this.

Let's just hope Serena draws some random French Journeywoman WC in the 1st round of Roland Garros.

No. I hope they meet again in the final and settle this issue once and for all, one way or the other.

The only choking was Serena choking Maria's ass and the bitch needs to be nervous.

Doomsday STILL can't and won't say that Serena played well on this red-clay.
I did say that Serena played well in the livescore thread. I don't feel like she played a clay court tennis to win it but she still found a way to win so it doesn't really matter.

I hope for you guys that this tennis will work on French Open courts, that's it.

I just think personally she should switch coaches. She can do what she is doing out there just fine without him. If she really wants to start defeating Serena she will need a new coach to work out a new strategy.

The fact that he talks about 'fear' during these coaching moments speaks volumes about Maria's state of mind during her matches with Serena. I don't remember Maria's coach giving her good constructive advice during her matches with Serena; it's the same old 'she will miss' sh*t.

Yep....keep hope alive. It's the same when ya'll hope for another player to do the dirty work for pova so she can play a regular in the final just like last year in RG. Alas, it failed this time and the outcome was not in doubt. Bring on RG!!

TRUE, Serena has NO real competition today. Considering her game and ability against other top players, one would think Maria could do better against her. Part of the problem for Maria is mental, because she knows Serena is the better player. The bigger problem is that Serena knows it too, and probaly enjoys beating Maria more than anyone else. I do think Serena resents Maria's press hype and big money endorsements, because she knows she is the better player with a far superior record.
