("play with"). Especially when your own face is on the screen ? I mean WTF ? Must be so distracting.

Haha, I see them looking at it A LOT.

It's hard not to notice when watching the matches as well. It is kind of distracting, in my opinion.

Didn't they use to switch it off during play ? Next thing you know they're gonna play music during play next year. How tacky would that be ?

I love Stuttgart, it's an awesome tournament and all the players love it. But on the other hand I wish it was a bad one so that we could call it Shitgart.

The belief that man is an irresolute creature pulled this way and that by two forces of equal strength, alternately winning and losing the battle for his soul; the conviction that human life is nothing more than an uncertain struggle between heaven and hell; the faith in two opposed entities, Satan and Christ - all this was bound to engender those internal discords in which the mind, excited by the incessant fighting, stimulated as it were by the constant promises and threats, ends up by giving in and prostitutes itself to whichever of the two combatants has been more obstinate in its pursuit. Life isn't black and white, it's gold.

Makiri wouldn't mind to play with a big screen (Fed Cup, Moscow):

Just realised Kirilenko NEVER played the event in Stuttgart, not even when it was on HC the week before Moscow...

The oddest thing i saw all week was Sabine practicing on CC and while she did interviews with her were playing on the big screen...that must have been rather weird

This is why I wasn't disappointed when JJ lost. How can I expect her to win with a giant TV with her face on it

Re: Stuttgart : How can players play with this the huge screen ???

I've read that in NFL games a player in the clear looks at the big screen to see if a player is near him.
It looks distracting to us, but players are used to being in front of crowds. If you've never played a match in front of people, its very distracting if you're not used to it

The most wasted of all days is one without laughter....
Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there
Enjoy This Moment!!
HEALTH and HAPPINESS to EVERYONE
