How would she even know what winning a slam is like to be able to compare Miami to almost winning a slam?

Indian Wells, otoh, is for the turkeys.

I'm not sure which she will get yet but I see her winning a slam in the next 3 years bar any serious injury.

However if there was a time for the streak to be ruined I hope it wouldn't be by a player Radwanska who beat a player Sharapova that holds multiple slams

we could always discuss Indian Wells legacy that has such marquee players like Hantuchova on their honor roll

Queen Vee, Super Rena, Krazy Kuzzie

Perpetually under-ranked.

Miami really is the midas touch non-Slam tournament. A few months after winning Miami, Aga reached her highest ever Slam result.
