She says it herself (and was already saying it before last year). Honestly, you can't deny it when you see her game and results on grass In addition to her junior Wimbledon title, she has also won her first Premier-level title in Eastbourne five years ago. Fast surfaces suit her well, while she has been struggling on clay for years.

No way. radwanska is great at using opponent pace, anticipate play and taking the ball on the rise, clay is the worst surface for doing that u have to be strong and generate ur own power and topspin. The best shot for radwanske is wimbledon

i like JJ

lol Clay is her worse surface , she hasn't got a chance. I bet she'll be outted before the QF

Wozniak~ElTabakh ~Marino~Eugenie Bouchard...and the other Canucks!
Maria Sharapova~Anna Chakvetadze~Jelena Dokic~Laura Robson ~Sabine Lisicki

That would be great but i doubt it. She can do fairly well on clay but it's not her natural surface.

Chrissy didn't say what year, did she? In all honesty Agnieszka is a contender in every slam. I don't think any player with a sound mind will treat her lightly. Will she make it to win the final is entirely different question to which I have no answer, but only hope.

The best of luck to all tennis players; The game is on!

P.S.Well,... special luck to Agnieszka Radwanska, Marta Domachowska, Daniela Hantuchova, Urszula Radwanska

She says she doesn't like to play on clay so much because she cannot rely on the power of her opponents as much as she can on hard/grass surface. She must add her own power which caused usually back problems during clay season.

I was just thinking about this

I love Aga but it's amazing how a 7 time RG champion and by far the greatest female clay court player in history, can't spot elements of a strong clay game.

I think she was comparing Aga to 70's, when Aga could be a nice contender on clay
But now..with all those powerful amazons.. She's like Errani, no power = no big wins on clay (Sharapova, Serena)

Sharapova - Kerber - Bouchard - Azarenka - Radwanska - Muguruza - Bencic - Kvitova - Kasatkina

Aga can be good at Clay, the first thing she needs to assess is her hatred of the Clay... Everytime she is asked anything about clay it's negative negative negative...
