Funny how Radwanska turned that match-up around. It always seemed that Wozniacki was WAY too steady for Aga, now it's the opposite.

N. VAIDISOVA - T. GOLOVIN - A. BONDARENKO - A. SZAVAY
D. HANTUCHOVA - A. PAVLYUCHENKOVA - E. VESNINA - E. SVITOLINA
J. GOERGES - A. WOZNIAK - Y. WICKMAYER - E. BOUCHARD - Ka. PLISKOVA

it's always great for tennis when Karolina Krason lost. Even at the hands of Roma

Re: Doha QF: Radwanska d. Wozniacki 6-2 7-5

This match up just highlights all the short comings in both players games. Neither can get any cheap points on serve so breaks are a plenty, neither can crack an egg with their respective forehands so both end up coming to the net more than they would like just to try and break up the paceless baseline rallies.

The extra net play and drop shots/lobs that are thrown in to break up the endless baseline rallying works in aga's favour as she at least has some feel and skill in those areas and thus win her this match up these days.
