Are you kidding? The crowds are the most enthusiastic. Where else do you see the whole sea of people who go out of their way to paint their faces, draw letters on their bodies and carry big signs all getting involved?
Wimbledon is seen as classy and dignified, RG takes it's tennis seriously, the US Open is a mess. The AO is the one slam where fans can let their hair down and so can the players.
