Re: ES France documentary : Moratoglou tennis academy

I really had a great time watching this!!
It's really a very good insight of the life of a tennis academy

And Serena seems so nice, chatting with Hingis, playing football...

Hingis is a consultant for the Academy. I can only imagine Serena's face while Hingis tries to give her some advice!

They don't work together anyway. Hingis is working with the juniors + Putintseva

But there are very friendly with each other.
There is a scene where Serena reveals that, one year, during Zurich open, Martina invited the WS and other players to her home. But Venus and Serena declined the invitation and sent a "sorry card" to Hingis and her Mum. Richard wanted his daughters to practice early so they couldn't go to Hingis' house.

in the documentary, Martina and Serena were having lunch together, laughing on Martina's mum' hair

Re: ES France documentary : Moratoglou tennis academy

I saw this on ES a couple days ago. Maybe they only showed a portion of it. The black background for confessionals (or whatever you want to call it when players spoke directly to the camera) wasn't very flattering to Serena, Martina, or even Chardy. Also, I kept hoping to hear from Nastia.

The trainer for Serena was a beast. She'd better have good footwork after all that work.

It was interesting, but as a film I wasn't impressed with the production.
