I can't see Aga ever doing this. As many have said, it's a massive gamble in itself, and if it goes wrong the negative affects are very hard to then reverse back the other way. And ultimately if she is to ever win a slam she probably needs a lot of help from elsewhere (in terms of the draw falling apart). Given her scheduling also, she doesn't even schedule to peak at grand slams.

Jankovic, in her prime (without the muscles) was effective against power hitters. The difference is counter-punching. Radwanska can never hit ala Serena but she isn't a good counterpuncher ala peak Jankovic either. She is merely a glorified pusher with a few wins here and there. :shurg:

Aga will never get much firepower in her shots.

Just deal with it.

She's got smart tactics but tactics don't work when she faces a lucky ballbasher who paints the lines on a good day.
