I think Serena has the biggest chances to become #1 after AO.
Vika actually might fall from 1 to 3
Masha staying #2 forever
Aga has slim chances to break into Top 3 with a SF/RU and one of the other girls losing early

Aga needs to get to at least the Finals to have a chance moving up, even when one of the top 3 loses early. She won't surpass Serena even if she wins the title and Serena loses early.
Based on Meelis calculations top20 look like this (current/semi-final/final/victory)
1. S. Williams 9970 10370 10870 11470
2. M. Sharapova 9145 9545 10045 10645
3. V. Azarenka 8825 9225 9725 10325
4. A. Radwanska 7750 (after her loss in quarter-final to Na Li)
5. A. Kerber 5695
6. Na Li 5355 5755 6255 6855
7. S. Errani 4605
8. P. Kvitova 4285
9. S. Stosur 4230
10. M. Bartoli 3740
11. C. Wozniacki 3545
12. N. Petrova 2945
13. A. Ivanovic 2841
14. D. Cibulkova 2695
15. M. Kirilenko 2690
16. R. Vinci 2585
17. L. Safarova 2160
18. Stephens 2066 2466 2966 3566
19. J. Goerges 1965
20. E. Makarova 1881 (after her loss in quarter-final to Sharapova)
50. S. Kuznetsova 1173 1573 2073 2673
----------------------------------
In theory if Kuznetsova wins the whole tournament, she will be No.16 after Australian Open; if Stephens do the same thing, she will be No.11; and if Na Li wins the whole tournament, she will be No.5. As for No.1 position Sloane Stephens in her quarter-final match will be a real Queenmaker.
Unless Sereta inexplicably throws the match against Slpwn, she will (rightfully so) come out as #1. I really hate the "True #1" bullshit that Sereta started a few years ago, especially when the only reason she WASN'T ranked number 1 was that she played 5 or 6 times a year. But when your putative #2 only occasionally wins a set against you and the putative #3 only occasionally wins a GAME then the rankings really should reflect that...
